Shipping

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. We offer free U.S. shipping on every coffee order, with no minimum purchase required.

Do you ship internationally?
Not yet — we currently ship exclusively within the United States.

Our Coffee

Where do your beans come from?
Our current collection features single-origin coffees from Ethiopia, Kenya, Tanzania, Uganda, and Papua New Guinea.

How fresh is the coffee?
We do not stock pre-roasted inventory — we roast frequently in small batches. Read our full Fresh Roast Promise.

How should I brew it?
Most of our single-origin coffees shine with a precision pour-over (like a Hario V60 or Kalita Wave), and many are also excellent as a cold brew.

Orders, Returns, and Refunds

What if I'm not happy with my order?
Contact us within 14 days of delivery and we'll make it right with a replacement or refund. See our full Refund Policy.

My order arrived damaged or incorrect — what do I do?
Email primary@drinkoricoffee.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund.
